Our three principals have 50+ years experience in the training and performance fields. Equally as important, each principal has practical industry experience in their work history. The principals are directly involved in all client projects.


Paul C. Staples, Ph.D. - Managing Principal

As Managing Principal of iinteg, inc., Paul is responsible for the organizational direction of the company, its long-term strategy vision, and executing client projects. To do so, he draws on 20 years in the performance improvement industry. He specializes in assisting clients with designing and developing strategic performance initiatives on an organizational level and designing integrated performance improvement curricula. He also has extensive expertise in major system implementations such as SAP. 

Nancy A. Green - Director of Operations

Nancy started her 20 year career in human performance improvement as a Performance Consultant for Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York and London. She routinely works with clients to integrate such performance improvement initiatives as business process redesign, incentive systems, custom training, and job definition into the organization's foundation to ensure success. She has worked with a number of organizations to set professional development strategy and launch corporate universities.

Lori A. Farlow - Director of Client Services

Lori began her career in performance improvement at United Airlines/Apollo Travel Services. She has extensive experience in the travel and pharmaceutical industries. As a seasoned project manager, Lori has led teams in developing performance improvement initiatives in such areas as sales/customer relationship management, software/hardware/networks, managerial tools and techniques, and interpersonal skills.

iinteg, inc. was founded in January 2000 as a partner to organizations focused on improving the performance, productivity, and retention of their workforce. We develop effective experiential training that guarantees learners have the competencies to perform.

We are a women-owned firm located in Atlanta, Ga. and have worked with many Fortune 500 companies and smaller companies alike to produce great successes. Our solutions have won awards from the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Bersin & Associates and the American Society for Training Development (ASTD).
